We're looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to help manage and optimize financial processes while working with prestigious global institutions.

🎯 Your Mission:

As a Finance Data Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing and improving our cost-side financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

💰 Cost Management & Reporting

• Manage cost accruals and reversals
• Book purchase invoices and employee expenses
• Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports and budgets
• Support month-end closings and assist in financial audits

💳 Payments & Reconciliation

• Process payments and manage supplier relationships
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable (AP)
• Oversee the full purchase-to-payment lifecycle

⚙️ Process & Data Optimization

• Improve financial workflows and internal controls
• Support internal audits and ensure data integrity
• Provide actionable insights through cost and performance analysis

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Consultants, Clients, HR, and Sales teams
• Support onboarding processes and handle ad-hoc finance tasks

🔍 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in finance and controlling
• Educational background in Finance or Data Management
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced data skills and strong attention to detail
• A “can-do” attitude, with great multitasking and organizational skills
