Position Overview:
We are looking for a people-focused HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will help align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring our consultants are supported, motivated in their journey with us. In our back office you will offer strategic guidance on team leadership, professional development, and employee engagement, while championing programs that foster well- being, diversity, and continuous growth.
Currently, one HRBP supports part of our consultant team. We are seeking an additional HRBP to cover the remaining consultants. Both HRBPs will work closely together, sharing responsibilities and projects, with a shared mission of staying connected with our consultants, addressing challenges, and cultivating a positive work environment.
We are passionate about data-driven HR, automation, and optimization. We expect our HRBPs to integrate these principles by leveraging analytics to inform decisions, automating routine processes for efficiency, and continuously seeking ways to optimize HR practices to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management Advisory: Guide effective team management, focusing on development, motivation, and productivity.
Performance & Talent Development: Support performance evaluation processes, identify growth opportunities, and help design clear career paths.
HR Data & Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends, capture insights, and recommend actionable solutions that support employee needs and help achieve business goals.
Change Management & Conflict Resolution: Lead organizational change initiatives and address workplace challenges to maintain a healthy environment.
Employee Well-being: Drive and execute company-wide well-being initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and resilience.
Benefits & Incentives: Oversee employee benefits and internal engagement programs, including the ITDS Club and Ambassador Program.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Organize and lead CSR activities such as volunteering, charity events, and sustainability initiatives.
Engagement & Culture: Support strategies to boost engagement and retention, ensuring a strong and positive workplace culture.
Consultant Support: Build strong relationships with consultants, act as their trusted point of contact, and support their personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
Proven HR experience, ideally in a Business Partner role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
A data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and process optimization
Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and foster employee engagement
Passion for supporting people, solving problems, and driving growth
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Polish and English is required
