AI Content & Inbound Marketing Manager (IT & BPO)

Freelance / B2B / fractional engagement

0.5–0.75 FTE (flexible workload)

Fully remote

Duties:

• AI-assisted content production (ChatGPT / Claude / SEO tools).

• Blog articles, service pages, landing pages.

• Publishing in WordPress.

• Content distribution (LinkedIn first, others as secondary).

• Clear CTA and lead-oriented content design.

• SEO-driven content strategy for IT & BPO services.

• Regular performance reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Have B2B inbound / growth marketing experience.

• Have worked with IT services, SaaS, BPO, consulting, or tech.

• Use AI daily to scale content production.

• Understand SEO beyond keywords (intent, structure, conversion).

• Prefer autonomy, ownership, and impact over big teams and meetings.

• Want a stable, long-term client, not one-off tasks.
