Customer Service Specialist (German/English)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the automotive industry.
No mass call center environment. No sales targets.
Instead, you will handle structured, qualified conversations regarding:
● Software & licensing agreements
● Contract terms & adjustments
● Administrative inquiries
● Clarification of misunderstandings
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B customer service/support
Native-level German
Good English skills (internal coordination)
Confident and clear communication skills
Ability to de-escalate challenging situation
Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
Experience with SaaS, ERP or licensing models is a plus – but not mandatory.
