Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak - technical role

Fully remote work mode from Poland.

Your daily tasks:

- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mail); 

- Updating information in systems regarding open cases. 

- Meeting targets, following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality of service;  

- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

What do we expect from you?

- Language skills: Proficiency in both Czech (C1/C2) and Slovak (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1-B2 level);  

- Experience: Great if you have experience in technology focused roles and in customer service in general;  

- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, open to having clear conversations with customers, solution oriented.

Working conditions:

- Contract of employment or contract of mandate

• Salary: 45,1PLN/hour gross

• Monthly salary between 7200-8000PLN gross

- Working from the comfort of your own home;

- Day shifts from Monday to Friday;
