Scrum Master (with telco/billing experience)

We are looking for team player to fill Scrum Master position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.

• Support the team in delivering increments, removing blockers and improving velocity.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure effective communication and risk management across teams.

• Track progress, report KPIs, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)

• 8+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery

• Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean

• Telecom/billing project exposure

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Experience working with distributed or multi-vendor teams

• SI, Tech Mahindra, Wipro
