Scrum Master (with telco/billing experience)
We are looking for team player to fill Scrum Master position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
Support the team in delivering increments, removing blockers and improving velocity.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and cross-functional teams.
Ensure effective communication and risk management across teams.
Track progress, report KPIs, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
8+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery
Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean
Telecom/billing project exposure
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience working with distributed or multi-vendor teams
SI, Tech Mahindra, Wipro
