Role Summary and Impact 

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We're looking for a Multimedia Delivery Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative and operational tasks for our operations and media teams.

Your Impact:

• Manage daily maintenance of internal creative asset trackers.

• Ensure the accuracy of client-delivered creative inputs in project tracking system, meeting all platform specifications.

• Transfer creative information (name, copy text, links) from project tracking system to the asset tracker.

• Support with paid social quality assurance by collecting ad preview links to add into project tracking system.

• Provide additional QA layer, verifying correct visual and audio presentation of assets.

• Assist in identifying and resolving issues within the creative handoff process.

• Help maintain creative delivery folders by keeping track of deliverables and ensuring each folder is organized and up to date.

• Download and save incoming OTT video files and add to asset tracker.

Skills and Experience

Your Knowledge & Abilities: 

• Strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Solid knowledge of Google Suites (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

• (Preferred) Awareness of creative specifications, ad types, and their usage.

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
