Senior IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Senior IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talent from the market and being a true support to the recruitment team.

You can expect:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical IT positions
• Taking care of professional and candidate-focused communication on Social Media
• Building a strong personal brand as a part of the ITMAGINATION recruitment team
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates.
• Ensuring professional communication is always a priority.
• Delivering professional feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Active direct search

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions
• Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates' personal concerns
• Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities
• Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes
• Excellent English skills (C1) and Polish (C1)
