About the Role

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will develop risk strategies, oversee execution models, and collaborate with data and trading teams to optimize risk parameters. Your role will ensure effective trade monitoring, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention while maintaining the integrity of IUX’s risk framework.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop risk management procedures to detect and prevent arbitrage, HFT, scalping, and sniping;
• Analyse toxic flow and trading patterns to mitigate risks;
• Collaborate with data analysts to identify irregularities in tick data, trade flow, and execution speed;
• Define risk parameters for Trading Engineers, ensuring alignment with MT5, FIX API, and LP Bridge;
• Specify leverage rules, stop-out levels, and execution models (A-Book / B-Book / Hybrid).
• Monitor liquidity provider (LP) performance and execution quality;
• Ensure compliance with FSC (MU), CySEC, ASIC, and FCA regulations;
• Prevent market abuse, including bonus fraud, latency exploitation, and misuse of Copy Trading/MAM/PAMM.

🎯 KPIs & Requirements

• Reduce toxic flow and arbitrage trading by at least 30-50%;
• Prevent losses from market abuse and latency exploits;
• Maintain slippage and spread control within defined standards;
• Ensure execution speed and order fill rates remain competitive.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in Forex or CFD risk management;
• Strong understanding of B-Book / A-Book models and risk mitigation strategies;
• Experience with MetaTrader (MT5 Manager/Admin), Integral SaaS;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, R);
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
