Your impact
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, financially savvy individual, who wants to develop professionally as Senior Financial Analyst.
In this role, you will focus on complex, multidimensional reporting and analysis for People and Places Solutions Line of Business (P&PS).
You will work directly with FP&A Director and other senior stakeholders. You will be a member of Global Business Services Financial Planning and Analysis Team providing wide range of support across P&PS and a member of broader Finance network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, using various dimensions (business units, geographies or markets)
- Providing financial analysis, including deep dive into large sets of data
- Being able to draw conclusions based on prepared reporting
- Identifying business trends to support decision making
- Supporting financial month end close activities and analysis
- May require budgeting and forecasting for assigned PUs
- Ensuring best practice is implemented and maintained in line with company requirements, audit requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP
- Working to improve standardization of reporting and processes
- Preparing ad hoc analysis as required
Here's what you'll need
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of working experience in finance and accounting.
- Advanced MS Office/Excel skills, ability to analyse large data sets and provide recommendations
- Prior experience with HFM/Oracle/SmartView will be an asset
- Ability to engage stakeholders and to build appropriate partnerships and to communicate effectively with multiple levels in the organization.
- Good time management skills to manage a complex workload, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to drive tasks and projects to completion
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with a large ERP system required, Oracle preferred.
- Experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
- Willingness to work in global team, with various time zones including overlap with the US
