Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Managing email marketing: setting up and monitoring email campaigns, creating and editing emails, A/B testing, and analyzing performance.
• Designing and implementing customer loyalty programs, developing personalized communication strategies.
• Preparing promotional emails, collaborating with designers and copywriters.
• Monitoring promotional activities on the website, updating banners, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing materials, and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with other departments to address emergency situations and ensure alignment with the marketing strategy.
• Optimizing the effectiveness of email campaigns and boosting online sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital or performance marketing for 1-2 years.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with email marketing, analytics, and customer databases.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Fluent in written Russian and Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work with data, conduct A/B testing, and analyze results.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, proactivity, and initiative.
• Creative thinking in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
