We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our technology team and help us keep our IT systems at peak performance. If you have a passion for technology, the ability to solve problems quickly and a service approach - we want to hear from you!
What does the job include?
- Providing ongoing technical support to the company's employees for hardware, software and network failures.
- IT equipment management: installation, maintenance and handling of peripheral equipment.
- Creating and managing user accounts in the corporate systems (Google Workspace and more).
- Identifying and correcting problems in the corporate network and basic information security systems.
What are we looking for?
- At least one year of experience in Helpdesk or technical support - an advantage.
- Technical knowledge: operating systems (Windows, macOS), basic network management (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- English - mandatory.
- Interpersonal skills: patience, ability to communicate with users at all levels and a service mindset.
- Advantage: familiarity with reading management systems (Jira).
