Project Manager with Russian/Ukrainian

Jellyfish Media excels in driving forward innovative projects with a focus on affiliate marketing, lead generation, IT and web development, marketing solutions for customers generation. We are looking for a project manager who is enthusiastic and motivated for new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of a detailed project plan.
• Organizing and managing the project team, as well as supporting and monitoring communication between company departments (SEO, Creative team, Advertising and Sales departments).
• Organizing and conducting project and weekly meetings to discuss the current project status and task distribution.
• Task management and monitoring all processes in Jira.
• Communicating with stakeholders (keeping them informed about processes, providing project results).
• Documenting the project using Google Workspace.
• Conducting retrospectives and analyzing work to improve the organization of project workflows.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in marketing and applying this knowledge to projects.
• Good communication skills in Polish.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager.
• English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
• Experience working with English-speaking clients.
• Communicative knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian.
• Experienced in tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
• A proactive approach to work with the ability to organize tasks independently and prioritise.
