Project

Participation in a large-scale transformation programme focused on the implementation of a centralized Know Your Customer (KYC) platform to standardize and streamline customer due diligence processes across the organization.

The work involved supporting refinement activities based on reference materials and capability models from the solutioning phase. Business requirements were gathered through close collaboration with stakeholders and structured workshop facilitation. Requirements were actively challenged and negotiated to ensure a balance between business value, effort, and delivery timelines.

Standardized documentation artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and business rules were created and maintained. Research and analysis were conducted to support solution development, while continuous collaboration with Feature Owners ensured effective progress tracking, risk management, and status reporting. Proposals for improving requirements and solutions were provided on an ongoing basis to maximize delivery value.
