Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Apprentice with English and German in the Talent Acquisition team 

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:​

• Supporting recruitment processes in the Polish and German markets

• Participating in selected stages of recruitment under the guidance of the team

• Maintaining regular contact with candidates and building positive relationships

• Collaborating with an international team and supporting operational activities

• Using English and German language skills in daily work

Our requirements:

• Being a student in the final years of university studies

• Being available for a minimum of 25 hours per week

• Genuine interest in recruitment and motivation to independently lead end‑to‑end hiring processes in the future

• Enjoying building relationships and valuing collaboration in an international environment

• Confident communication in English and German (minimum B2 level)
