Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Apprentice with English and German in the Talent Acquisition team
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Supporting recruitment processes in the Polish and German markets
Participating in selected stages of recruitment under the guidance of the team
Maintaining regular contact with candidates and building positive relationships
Collaborating with an international team and supporting operational activities
Using English and German language skills in daily work
Our requirements:
Being a student in the final years of university studies
Being available for a minimum of 25 hours per week
Genuine interest in recruitment and motivation to independently lead end‑to‑end hiring processes in the future
Enjoying building relationships and valuing collaboration in an international environment
Confident communication in English and German (minimum B2 level)
