Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Critical Parts Analyst
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Resolve dealer emergency backorder situations in close collaboration with factories, suppliers, European parts distribution center operations departments and sales branches
Drive improvements in response times and ensure highly reliable, faster delivery dates for customers.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to streamline escalation processes and reduce backorder cycle times.
Identify and implement enhancements within the service parts network to shorten cycle times and improve information flow.
Optimize internal processes and communication, lead initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction.
Design and deliver training programs for sales partners and dealers, with occasional travel required.
Expand expertise for supporting the Order Management team on demand.
Our requirements:
University degree in Logistics/Business Administration/similar or equivalent experience
Experience in logistics, service parts or automotive area
English B2, both written and spoken
Analytical mind with problem resolution attitude
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Available to work in extended timeframe during peak season
Being flexible to have two workspaces: Poznań as main office and Tarnowo Podgórne for cooperation with technical and training teams (not less than 2/3 Poznań, up to 1/3 Tarnowo Podgórne)
Nice to have:
German language
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Power Bi
