John Deere Bank S.A. is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial and maintains branch offices in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Poland. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Our financial department is currently seeking candidates for the position of:


Sales Marketing Representative

Tarnowo Podgórne

 

The individual will be responsible for collecting, preparing sales reports, analyzing trends, and interpreting available data to provide actionable insights. Additionally, they will support marketing efforts by promoting factory financing offers to clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collecting data from Partners and generating sales reports within John Deere/John Deere Financial templates.

  • Regular cooperation with Partners (Financial Institutions, Dealers, John Deere coworkers) on quality of data they provide

  • Supporting Sales team in verification of activated transactions reports and settlements with John Deere and Partner Banks

  • Supporting new financing campaigns launches – making sure that the campaign is properly communicated to Partner Banks, Dealers and Sales Division (through John Deere internal tools)

  • Supporting preparation and execution of marketing activities and communication of John Deere Financial offers to customers/public (through traditional and digital marketing activities, f.e. promotion during the fairs)

  • Analysis of market benchmarking and competitive offers on the markets, preparing a report out

  • Providing ad hoc reports necessary for John Deere Financial sales successful management and execution

 

Our requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Highly accurate, punctual, and organized; capable of working under tight and unpredictable deadlines, adaptable, and a strong team player

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on data

  • Advanced digital proficiency (MS Office); familiarity with Power BI is highly advantageous

  • Eagerness to learn from colleagues, coupled with curiosity and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Technical and/or agriculture background

  • Experience working in the finance industry

  • Marketing experience

  • Sales experience

  • PowerBI knowledge

  • Ability to communicate/read in other foreign languages
