Opis stanowiska

About Momentum

Momentum builds healthcare software and AI solutions. We started as Applover in 2016, rebranded in 2024 to focus fully on healthtech. Our clients are healthcare startups and scaleups across Poland, the US, and the UK. We also build Open Wearables, an open-source platform that unifies health data from wearable devices. The Growth team owns the full funnel: content, SEO, social media, lead generation, and sales support.

Why This Role Exists

Momentum is growing, and so is our Growth team. We need a versatile marketer who thrives when they get to own multiple areas: content, design, inbound, SEO, social, analytics. Someone who sees the full picture and connects the dots between channels.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, a Growth Marketing Specialist, and our open-source engineering team. Together, you will promote Momentum's healthtech services and our open-source products that serve as the front door for new clients. You will have real ownership over your workstreams, direct input into strategy, and the autonomy to execute without waiting for approval on every decision.

AI is a core part of how this team works. Every person on the Growth team uses AI tools daily for content creation, research, analysis, and automation. We expect the same from you. If your workflow does not already include tools like Claude or ChatGPT as daily infrastructure, this role will not be a good fit.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Inbound funnel: landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequences, lead qualification. You manage the pipeline from first touchpoint to qualified lead.

  • Content strategy and execution: blog articles, newsletter, Substack, content clusters targeting specific keyword groups. You plan, write, coordinate with expert authors, and publish.

  • Open-source product marketing: promote Open Wearables across developer and health-tech communities through technical content, GitHub, and product launches.

  • Social media (LinkedIn, X): build audience through thought leadership and consistent engagement. Plan publishing cadence, create posts, grow follower base with measurable results.

  • Design in Figma: create marketing assets daily. Social graphics, blog thumbnails, OG images, event materials, landing page layouts. Figma is your primary design tool.

  • SEO: track keyword cluster rankings, optimize existing content, plan new articles targeting specific search phrases.

  • Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, campaign performance, conversion tracking. You measure what you build.

Who We're Looking For

Essential experience:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least part of that in tech, SaaS, or digital products

  • Figma proficiency at the level of independently creating polished marketing materials (graphics, layouts, branded assets). This is a daily tool. Not optional.

  • AI-native workflow: you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily for content creation, research, data analysis, and workflow automation. We will ask you about this in the interview.

  • Experience managing an inbound marketing funnel (lead magnets, nurture sequences, qualification)

  • Experience managing content clusters and editorial calendars

  • Strong copywriting in English (C1) and Polish

  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO fundamentals

  • You take strategic direction and run with it.

Strongly preferred:

These are not requirements, but they carry significant weight.

  • Experience marketing open-source software, developer tools, APIs, or technical infrastructure. You understand what a GitHub star means, why developers care about documentation, and how an OSS project generates commercial leads.

  • Personal connection to health, sport, or wellness. Our products sit at the intersection of sport science, health data, and technology. Someone who intuitively understands what VO2 max means, why HRV matters, or how athletes use wearables for recovery tracking does not need weeks to ramp up on our audience. Whether you train, track your health with a wearable, or have coached others: that background translates directly into better marketing for what we build. This is not a requirement, but it matters more than you might think.

  • You want to learn something new every day. The tools, channels, and tactics in this field change fast. We need someone who keeps up because they want to, not because they have to.

Nice to have:

  • Video content experience (scripting, editing, short-form production). We are building a YouTube presence and video is part of our 2026 content strategy.

  • Proficiency with advanced AI tooling beyond chat interfaces: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AI-powered automation workflows. Our Growth team uses Claude Code as a daily working tool.

  • Webflow experience (page editing, CMS, content publishing)

  • Marketing automation knowledge (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)
