Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Supervisor of Global Support Center
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
As the Supervisor of the Global Support Center you will lead a team of up to 13 Customer Support individuals. Your team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing professional support and responding to product-related inquiries for customers across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
Track, coordinate, and optimize key customer service metrics and the distribution of incoming inquiries
Prepare and analyze team performance reports
Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to strengthen customer service team
Create presentations summarizing results, team activities, and emerging trends
Discuss developmental needs for both team and individual level
Collaborate closely with John Deere global key stakeholders
Interviewing and onboarding new employees
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Solid expertise in Microsoft Office
Strong presentation and communication skills
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented
Nice to have:
Background in onboarding, offboarding and mentoring employees
Experience in working and collaborating remotely/in hybrid form
Proficiency in German, Russian, or French
Familiarity with international cooperation
