🚀 Join us as our next Social Media Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Adapting and executing the social media strategy based on overall marketing goals
• Conducting regular market and competitor analysis
• Creating and managing social campaigns tailored to our audiences
• Preparing daily posts and stories, creating Reels and TikToks, writing/adapting/translating content
• Producing basic visuals (Canva/CapCut/etc.)
• Collaborating with influencers
• Co-moderating pages with the team
• Working closely with Customer Service, Sales, Legal, and Accounting teams
• Preparing reports with insights and suggestions for improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of hands-on social media experience with proven results
• Speaks native Polish and intermediate or upper-intermediate English
• Understands local trends and knows how to apply them creatively
• Has experience in influencer marketing
• Uses tools like Canva, CapCut or similar
• Is comfortable with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
• Has a good writing style and aesthetic sense
• Can work independently and make decisions
• Can work in a hybrid format
• Has experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest
