About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Divisional Digital Team.

As a key member of our digital function, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day website management, CRM and automation (HubSpot), and the coordination of digital projects across multiple regions. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our digital ecosystem – from web platforms to campaign tools – is performing effectively and delivering measurable impact.

This role will suit someone with a solid grounding in digital marketing who’s ready to take the next step into a more strategic, technically capable position, with growing ownership of key digital channels and vendor relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of divisional websites;

  • Act as the main contact for our web agency and development partners – managing briefs, feedback, and quality assurance;

  • Support the 2026 migration to the new headless CMS environment (Storyblok), ensuring content, tracking, and UX standards are maintained;

  • Coordinate technical requests and enhancements (new templates, page components, or integrations);

  • Conduct regular audits of web content, links, and performance metrics;

  • Serve as the HubSpot lead within the digital team – managing users, workflows, and integrations;

  • Build, launch, and optimise email campaigns, automated lead nurturing journeys, and landing pages;

  • Maintain CRM data quality, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal governance;

  • Create and share regular performance dashboards (email engagement, lead conversion, campaign attribution);

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales teams to align CRM activity with pipeline goals;

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with product and regional marketing teams;

  • Support campaign landing page builds, tagging, and performance tracking;

  • Manage asset delivery, approvals, and localisation across multiple regions;

  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements;

  • Implement SEO best practices across web pages, campaigns, and content hubs;

  • Lead on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) development – ensuring content is structured for AI search and generative discovery tools;

  • Monitor analytics and web metrics, interpreting results to guide optimisation;

  • Identify and test new tools, integrations, and automation opportunities across web and CRM;

  • Support the adoption of AI-driven tools for content, analytics, and workflow efficiency;

  • Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and training resources.


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or CRM;

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or equivalent CRM/automation tool);

  • Strong understanding of website CMS management and digital content workflows;

  • Excellent project coordination skills, comfortable liaising with agencies and stakeholders;

  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google toolkit (Analytics - GA4, Search Console – GSC, Tag Manager - GTM, Looker Studio) or similar tools;

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.


Desirable:

  • Experience supporting or leading CMS migrations;

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and web tagging (e.g. Google Tag Manager);

  • Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles;

  • Interest in AI-driven tools, automation, and digital innovation;

  • Experience in managing Social Media channels along with PPC campaigns.
