For our growing sales department in one of our brands – Dematic - we are currently looking for the Sales Operations Analyst, who will support the Dematic OPS & Process Team EMEA to drive pipeline quality, the adherence of process steps ad the use of the CRM.
Sales Operations Analyst will be part of Dematic EMEA OPS & Process Team responsible for process standardization & compliance in accordance to EMEA business strategies, forecast accuracy and pipeline health as well as high data integrity in KION Business Services. The person will take the responsibility for adherence of process steps and their respective process gates, supporting the Sales Leaders to ensure only adequately qualified opportunities enter the EMEA pipeline and to ensure that the opportunity is developed with a strong winning strategy and will be maintained in our pipeline with high data integrity.

Zakres obowiązków i wymagania:
- Drive the use and application of MH methodology and business strategies
- Monitor pipeline quality & pipeline health in interaction with the Sales Team and Sales Leaders
- Challenge the Sales Team and Sales Leaders on data integrity to ensure an accurate forecast (financially as well as for resource and factory planning)
- Ensure deals are progressed through the process stages and their process gates
- Ensure early involvement of key functions (e.g., tax, customs, legal)
- Create various data sources (for gap analysis, defining status quo and areas of improvement)
- Work with stakeholders (local and global teams)
- Support the Head of OPS & Process EMEA to aid successful change management, process development, implementation, continuous improvement and to drive pipeline quality
Your Skills and Expertise:
- min. 3 years in a similar position
- advanced Excel skills
- experience with Power BI
- experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
- project management skills
- strong communication skills
- fluent in German (as an asset)
