HR & Payroll Specialist
Our client, an international organization, is looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is key to ensuring accurate payroll cycles, compliance with labor law, and smooth HR operations across multiple countries.
What You Will Do
Prepare and validate payroll data in cooperation with external providers
Calculate and reconcile working time, holidays, sick leave, overtime, and business trips
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including for international employees
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on working time, vacation entitlements, and employment regulations
Prepare HR reports and analyses (attendance, turnover, absenteeism) to support decision-making
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure data quality in systems (HRIS, time capture system)
Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and internal teams
Contribute to process improvements in HR and payroll operations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of payroll cycles and working time calculations
Legal awareness or interest, including labor law and regulations for international employees
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
Experience with HR systems (Workday) is an advantage
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly across cultures
