Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning across multiple European markets.

• Lead regional marketing initiatives across diverse channels with a strong focus on B2B customer engagement and acquisition.

• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and overall business impact.

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regional priorities.

• Measure and analyze marketing performance to assess effectiveness and guide data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance the company’s market presence.

• Leverage digital tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to improve efficiency, performance, and customer insight.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.

• Extensive experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on B2B growth.

• Proven ability to generate leads and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.

• Strong background in strategic marketing planning and execution with measurable results.

• Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional or regional teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).

• Fluent in Polish and English; additional language skills are highly valued.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
