ABOUT YOU:

Our ideal candidate has:

• More than 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta for e-commerce clients

• Scientific approach to advertising and proactive attitude

• Experience in managing medium to large advertising budgets

• Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns targeting international markets

• Strong analytical abilities

• Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio

• Experience with product feeds and familiarity with tools like DataFeedWatch (or similar)

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Effective communication skills

• Communicative level of English

• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and projects

Your key responsibilities:

• Running and optimizing performance campaigns on Meta to deliver clients' revenue goals, from strategy to execution

• Planning and conducting tests and conversion lifts, breaking down and analysing the data, and turning it into meaningful, actionable insights to improve your campaigns’ performance and grow your expertise

• Collaborating with the Performance Creatives Team, preparing briefs and providing insights on creatives’ performance, to drive continuous creative improvements

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and often acting as a project manager.
