Zadania na stanowisku
- Oversee all sales and operational activities in Canada, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies, acquiring new customers and maintaining key relationships.
- Drive sales and operational processes, including order generation, technical consultancy, and training for clients.
- Manage the local team, set objectives, and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with the head office in Poland, ensuring alignment with global strategies and goals.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Oczekiwania
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial roles, including experience in the manufacturing and sales sectors.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English (French or Polish is a plus).
- Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
