Klimas Group is a leading manufacturer specializing in fasteners and mounting solutions. We are expanding our presence in Canada and seeking a dedicated and experienced Country Manager to drive business growth, manage operations, and lead our Canadian team.

Zadania na stanowisku

• Oversee all sales and operational activities in Canada, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement market expansion strategies, acquiring new customers and maintaining key relationships.
• Drive sales and operational processes, including order generation, technical consultancy, and training for clients.
• Manage the local team, set objectives, and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with the head office in Poland, ensuring alignment with global strategies and goals.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Oczekiwania

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial roles, including experience in the manufacturing and sales sectors.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English (French or Polish is a plus).
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
