Sales and customer service specialist (French language)

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• after-sales customer service via email and telephone,
• coordinating the flow of information regarding order delivery statuses, returns and complaints,
• carrying out sales activities,
• providing guidance on the E-KLIMAS sales platform,
• maintaining constant contact with customers, sales representatives, production and warehouse departments,
• building long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• experience in customer service and sales,
• knowledge of French at least B2 level in speaking and writing,
• knowledge of another language besides English,
• knowledge of MS Office programmes, in particular MS Excel,
• communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with the company's customers,
• experience in working with ERP software is welcome.
