Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- after-sales customer service via email and telephone,
- coordinating the flow of information regarding order delivery statuses, returns and complaints,
- carrying out sales activities,
- providing guidance on the E-KLIMAS sales platform,
- maintaining constant contact with customers, sales representatives, production and warehouse departments,
- building long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- experience in customer service and sales,
- knowledge of French at least B2 level in speaking and writing,
- knowledge of another language besides English,
- knowledge of MS Office programmes, in particular MS Excel,
- communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with the company's customers,
- experience in working with ERP software is welcome.
