About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Learning & Development (L&D) professional to shape and drive our learning philosophy, programs, and initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on designing, managing, and continuously improving learning experiences for all levels, from junior employees to senior leaders.
A key responsibility will be leading the design, development, and execution of two flagship leadership development programs, one tailored for new leaders and another for senior leaders.
You will be partnered with business leaders and HR teams to ensure our learning programs and offerings align with organizational goals, reinforce key competencies, and foster a thriving leadership culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the company’s learning philosophy and advise the business on how to best deliver learning in response to ad hoc requests
Support the implementation of organizational competencies (Korn Ferry Leadership Architect) into development offerings
Lead the senior leadership development program and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Ready for intake to cohort 3 in Spring 2026
Improve the junior leadership development program with cohort 11 starting in January 2026
Own the annual Performance & Development process, including leader webinars and equipping the HR Partner team with facilitation tools
Manage e-learning with administrative support from HR Operations and HRIT teams
Collaborate as part of a three-person L&D team, supporting each other on initiatives such as onboarding and engagement
Qualifications & Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong emphasis on leadership development
Extensive experience in developing and executing impactful leadership programs from start to finish
Experience managing e-learning platforms, LMS, and virtual learning tools
In-depth knowledge of leadership development frameworks, including Korn Ferry Leadership Architect
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
Demonstrates strong ability to give and receive feedback constructively to drive continuous improvement
Demonstrates empathy and emotional intelligence in interactions with learners and leaders
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
Proficient in Polish and English, with Danish considered a plus.
