International Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Nordics)

Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Procurement, HR, IT) in Sweden and the wider Nordics.
Identify new client opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling within IT, engineering, and managed services.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure commitments align with capacity and client expectations.
Represent KUBO at client meetings and industry events, promoting our brand and service range.
Track market trends, coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, and co-create commercial frameworks (NDA, MSA, SOW) with sales and legal.
Ideal candidate profile
Full proficiency in Swedish - or another Scandinavian language - and English proficiency (C1); Polish at B2+ is a plus.
Proven success closing service contracts with enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts.
Commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptive, collaborative, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
