Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Procurement, HR, IT) in Sweden and the wider Nordics.

  • Identify new client opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling within IT, engineering, and managed services.

  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure commitments align with capacity and client expectations.

  • Represent KUBO at client meetings and industry events, promoting our brand and service range.

  • Track market trends, coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, and co-create commercial frameworks (NDA, MSA, SOW) with sales and legal.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Full proficiency in Swedish - or another Scandinavian language - and English proficiency (C1); Polish at B2+ is a plus.

  • Proven success closing service contracts with enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts.

  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Adaptive, collaborative, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Conditions

Location: Gdańsk / Wrocław / Toruń
