Office Assistant
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join the Warsaw office of an international technology company that creates cloud solutions for corporate finance. Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact at the reception for employees, guests and building management.
Manage office access (badges, visitors, parking) and meeting rooms in Google Calendar.
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations: supplies ordering, mail handling, courier shipments and vendor communication.
Report and coordinate repairs of office issues, cooperating with building management and security.
Support office events and new hire onboarding in collaboration with HR and IT.
Ideal candidate profile
Experience in a similar role (reception, office assistant, office coordinator) is a strong advantage.
Very good organizational skills, ability to work independently and set priorities.
High personal culture, service‑oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
Communicative English min. B1+ (part of everyday communication and documentation is in English).
Good command of office tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, internal communicator such as Slack).
Accuracy in maintaining logs and records (badges, parking spots, issue tracking, etc.).
Conditions
Type of contract: mandate contract (umowa zlecenie)
Work mode: on‑site work in the Warsaw office in the city center.
Worktime: part‑time position (20–30 hours per week).
