Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead workshops and ensure smooth communication between business teams and the development team.

• Support developers and testers during refinement, development, and UAT.

• Map and improve existing processes to increase clarity and efficiency.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure solutions meet business and technical goals.

Ideal candidate profile

• Some years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product development.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Ability to run workshops, structure complex information, and explain concepts clearly.

• Experience in media, telecom, e-commerce, or other content-driven industries is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in long-term projects with many stakeholders.

• Fluency in both English and Polish
