🌟As a Commercial Controller in the Consumer Product Division your scope will be:
- Encouraging and influencing with a financial perspective the decision-making process of the commercial teams.
- Preparing simulation of P&Ls for negotiation.
- Analyzing customer margin.
- Developing the Plan, Budget, and Trends.
- Providing financial support and guidance to the commercial teams.
- Prepare or oversee monthly reports for the commercial teams.
- Monitoring and validating investments and the effectiveness of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and best practices established by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with stakeholders (e.g. customer benefits, value analysis, ROI, cost analysis, etc.).
- Closely cooperating with the RGM function to ensure the implementation of the RGM roadmap for the division.
- Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities.
- Managing month closing for topline.
- Preparing monthly financial and management reports for Divisional and Corporate Management.
- Preparing key reports and monitoring of KPIs that provide value to stakeholders.
- Ad hoc projects to improve controls/reporting.
🔍We are looking for:
- An enthusiastic professional with a change mindset and at least 4 years of relevant previous experience in financial controlling (preferably within FMCG sector).
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented, ambitious, energetic & taking great ownership professional.
- Excellent organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity.
- Great team player and open-minded person able to defend your point of view.
- Proficiency in MS Office & having a broad understanding of SAP would be an asset.
- Fluency in Polish & English.
