The EdTech market has neither strict boundaries nor frameworks. Since 2015, we, the Laba Group team, have been creating those ourselves.


We are driven by rapid and high-quality development. Now we are one of the largest business schools in Eastern Europe. And we are already consolidating our positions in Turkey, Canada and the USA. Our goals are ambitious. We want to transform the online education market, open offices in 10+ countries and become a unicorn company.


Our path on fast forward:

→ since 2015, we have launched more than 410 courses and have trained 110,000 students

→ in 2019, we created Skvot School of Creative Skills and our first online school |elvtr| in the USA

→ in 2020, the robot_dreams IT school and the Laba Hungary project were launched

Here’s a great job opportunıty for someone wanting to get into online education as an entry-level sales representative. Laba Group is on the lookout for motivated Sales Managers to join our fast-paced team.


Quick Summary:

  • This position is designed for Bachelor's degree holders and does not require any previous sales experience - we will provide all training and pay you while in training.
  • This is NOT a telemarketing position. This position DOESN’T involve cold calling.
  • This IS an Entry Level, Full-Time Sales Position in an online education startup.


What you'll do:

  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Manage all inbound phone and email inquiries and maintain your pipeline and CRM. No cold calling. All your leads will be hot, pre-registered, and expecting your call.

  • Native German speaker or at least C1 level
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Literacy skills are a must.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with quickly learning new technologies.
  • Independent AND able to follow instructions when necessary.
  • Self-motivated and love the thrill of smashing goals.
  • Team player.
