Our product is a marketplace used by a whopping 3.5 million people every month. You can access it on mobile and the web, but most of our users are on Android.

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Process Analyst. By mapping and understanding processes through modeling (BPMN), the process analyst provides a clear, standardized view of how processes operate. This visibility is essential for pinpointing inefficiencies and ensuring consistent execution across teams.

Key tasks:

  • Map, document, and update business processes using BPMN or other modeling standards, ensuring they reflect changes and improvements.

  • Develop and analyze cross-functional process models, identifying interactions, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, tracking process performance and detecting inefficiencies early.

  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize process performance, trends, and key insights.

  • Log, investigate, and categorize anomalies, analyzing their causes and impacts.

  • Provide actionable insights for process improvement, reporting on execution, challenges, and ongoing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in process modeling, using BPMN and mathematical modeling for cross-process flows.

  • Experience with documentation-based modeling, translating technical documents into structured process models.

  • Expertise in metrics and dashboards, building reports in Tableau/Superset and performing statistical analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, applying Lean/Kaizen and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).

  • Hands-on experience with anomaly management, logging and tracking issues in Jira.

  • Proficiency in process documentation, maintaining workflow and operational standards.
