About the Position:

Lekta AI is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our advanced technological capabilities and enterprise business needs. This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, and Product, serving as the technical authority during the qualification, discovery, and evaluation stages of the sales funnel across domestic and international markets.

You will translate Lekta AI’s product ecosystem and complex enterprise integrations into tailored, high-value solution architectures for major banking, insurance, and telco clients. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role where you will not only lead technical discovery and build impactful Proof of Concepts (PoCs) but also establish the repeatable pre-sales playbooks and technical standards required to scale our sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Technical Discovery & Scoping: Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to understand their existing contact center infrastructure, backend systems, and business pain points.

Solution Architecture & Design: Design and present tailored solution architectures, demonstrating how Lekta AI’s can automate our clients’ customer journeys.

PoC & Demo Ownership: Develop, configure, and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that clearly illustrate technical feasibility and ROI.

Deal Progression & RFPs: Own the technical validation stage of the sales cycle. Lead the creation of technical proposals and handle complex RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and compliance requirements common in highly regulated industries (banking, insurance, telco).

Pre-Sales Operational Scaling: Build, standardize, and maintain repeatable pre-sales playbooks, technical documentation, and demonstration templates to support both direct sales and global partner enablement.

Qualities:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales role within enterprise B2B software, conversational AI, or contact center technology.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture; familiarity with NLP, LLMs, or conversational AI frameworks is highly advantageous.

Communication: Exceptional ability to distill highly complex, technical concepts into clear, persuasive, value-driven narratives for both technical teams (IT, Security) and business buyers (C-level executives).

Regulated Industry Knowledge: Proven experience navigating the procurement, data privacy, and security assessment processes of large-scale financial institutions, insurance providers, or telecom operators.

Ownership Mindset: Highly autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Ability to transition seamlessly from high-level strategic alignment with sales leadership to hands-on configuration of client demos.

Languages: Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1). Additional European languages (e.g., Spanish) are a strong asset.
