About the Position:
Lekta AI is looking for a Sales Manager to define, lead, and scale pipeline generation by owning the early stages of the sales funnel across domestic and international markets. This is a senior, hands-on, execution-focused role with end-to-end ownership for creating demand, initiating relationships, and progressing leads into qualified sales opportunities.
The role is pivotal in translating Lekta AI’s technological capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with potential customers through outbound activities, events, and ongoing communication, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality prospects into the pipeline. You will also be expected to establish repeatable processes that deliver sustainable pipeline growth and consistent revenue.
A key objective is to design and operationalize a scalable, replicable sales model in pilot markets (starting with Poland and Spain) and gradually expand it into a global sales organization.
Responsibilities:
Build, operationalize, and continuously optimize the full sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Establish clear sales processes, playbooks, and execution standards to enable repeatable results.
Identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects across target industries. Drive direct prospecting efforts, lead early-stage sales conversations, including discovery, positioning, solution presentation, and proposal development.
Manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads through consistent, structured communication until they become sales-ready prospects.
Generate demand through events, partnerships, and creative lead generation initiatives. Plan, organize, and execute company events and initiatives (online and offline) to generate new leads and build market awareness.
Represent Lekta AI at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building relationships and sourcing new opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM systems to track interactions, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Qualities:
Experience (3+ years) in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in technology-driven, or AI-related services.
Proven ability to define and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Proven ability to generate leads and progress them into qualified opportunities.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and direct customer communication.
Ability to organize and manage multiple outreach and event initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build traction from early-stage sales efforts and scale them into structured, repeatable processes.
Strategic mindset, C-level commercial acumen with the ability to engage in strategic, value-based discussions. combined with strong execution skills and ownership mentality.
Industry knowledge in contact center, conversational AI, or enterprise software is a plus.
C1 English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.
