Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:


  • Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment

  • Front office activities incl. handling telephone calls

  • Managing the inventory of office supplies

  • Inducting new employees to their workstations

  • Coordinating correspondence

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)


Requirements:


  • Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level

  • Polish at least B2 level

  • Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary will be a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office - MS Excel and MS Outlook (Atlassian Software will be a plus)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Knowledge in the Accounting field will be a plus

  • Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently

  • Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, and initiative
