Content Production Lead (100% remote)

Your role and main tasks

• Lead and manage a team of 5 - 8 German-speaking copywriters, providing guidance, support, and regular performance feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as image editing, translation, and campaign management to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.

• Prepare German product descriptions for our online shop, ensuring high quality and accuracy of all listed items.

• Monitor team performance and productivity, and identify areas for improvement.

• Be part of a supportive environment with helpful colleagues and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

We're looking for

• Strong language skills in German, English, and Polish.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Meeting deadlines with ease, thanks to good time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Collaborate effectively as a team player with strong communication abilities.

• Proactive attitude and a passion for improving processes.

• At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, including initial experience in team or personnel management.
