Junior Accounts Payable Accountant ( 100% remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

• Control of documents in terms of formal and accounting aspects.
• Verification of accounting invoices and their timely entry and processing in the ERP system.
• Maintaining proper and procedure-compliant circulation of documents and invoices.
• Posting of cost documents.
• Preparing and executing payments.
• Handling inquiries regarding liabilities, generating payment confirmations, and reconciling balances with contractors.
• Monitoring accounts payable.
• Preparing summaries and reports for organizational needs.
• Ensuring the correct and timely completion of tasks related to month/year-end closures.
• Performing other assigned duties.

You will need

• Higher education (preferably in finance or administration).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the AP department.
• English language proficiency - B2.
• Knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
• SAP proficiency allowing for independent work.
• Excel proficiency allowing for independent work with data analysis.
