Junior Assistant B2C (100% remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

• Reporting discrepancies to the Customer Service and Accounting departments.

• Verifying the accuracy of supplier data.

• Responsibility within the SMD (Supplier Master Data) process.

• Issuing sales invoices, credit notes, and confirming corrective notes.

• Formal and accounting verification of invoices.

• Reporting to the company’s headquarters located in Germany.

• Assisting with the electronic document workflow and internal system archiving.

• Other tasks assigned to support the Accounting Department.
  
  

You will need

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Outstanding time management and ability to prioritize effectively.

• Highly organized with a structured work style.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Clear, professional, and effective communication skills.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
