Junior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch (100% remote possible)

The goal of the Position

Responding to customer inquiries via email to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written, with accurate grammar (minimum B2 level).

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce sector, is considered a plus.

• A strong passion for customer interaction, combined with a goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset.

• Demonstrates a high level of dedication and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Committed to handling customer inquiries with exceptional care and personalized attention.

• Possesses a positive and empathetic attitude.

• Capable of independently resolving issues from initial contact to completion. A collaborative team player.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, within an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM timeframe.
