Junior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

Your role and main tasks

• Resolving customer service problems and ensuring the highest efficiency and quality of processes.
• Active participation in internal company projects.
• Optimisation and improvement of internal customer service processes.
• Development of instructions and processes.
• Handling and processing customer complaints.
• Processing customer payments.
• Handling and reporting of technical errors in relation to customer service.
• Information exchange with external transport service providers.

You will need

• Very good knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written (min. B2).
• Willingness to work fixed hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends, on a part-time basis
• Knowledge of English is welcome.
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
