- You are part of a high-performance team and can significantly contribute to the exciting development of the limango marketplace, the partner program of the #1 platform for the young family target group.
- You are independently responsible for the support and consulting of existing marketplace partners.
- You manage your accounts based on data and conduct performance analysis of partner assortments, driving growth strategies together with the accounts to exceed revenue targets.
- Through regular strategy and growth discussions, you can unlock the full potential of the partnerships with ambitious goals, thereby increasing the attractiveness of our platform for partners and our customers.
- Together with our Sales & Category Management, you develop suitable marketing actions for the target group based on your partner & product portfolio.
- You are responsible for further process optimization of the partner program in coordination with partners and internal departments.
- You have initial experience in Key Account Management, purchasing, or business development – preferably also through internships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, as well as assertiveness, characterize you.
- You possess strong planning and organizational skills, combined with high analytical abilities and proficiency in the necessary tools.
- You are a problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Your passion for thinking in solutions rather than problems and your willingness to take initiative for further development is a top priority for you.
- You are eager to develop with the marketplace and open to changes in tasks if they are beneficial for the team.
- A positive attitude and the motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and team-oriented environment to continuously drive the marketplace concept forward.
- Experience in the platform/marketplace business and/or good market knowledge in one of the central limango categories such as fashion, shoes, or home & living is a plus.
- A high level of service orientation, digital affinity, and a general understanding of processes are among your strengths.
