Shop Category Manager - 100% remote possible (m/w/d)

Your role and main tasks

The goal of the Position: Planning, coordination of sales and taking actions to support the implementation of the budget and commitment in subordinate categories.

Daily tasks of the position:

• Working closely with  supervisor and members of the Shop Management team

• Creating campaigns in various channels, managing product selection, briefing banners and activating campaigns

• Planning, coordinating and integrating campaigns of all channels in the sales calendar in all countries of limango Group in the conducted categories.

• Demand planning and execution of sales plans by campaign/category.

• Collaborate, Retail MP and CRM and Graphics teams on offerings, pricing content and campaign promotions.

• Monitor and analyze campaign and category performance across all channels and markets.

• Implementing sales goals and generating ideas to help counter obstacles.

• Developing sales in the category, generating ideas for new solutions related to the promotion of product groups on the website and in communication with customers.

• Support category sales through knowledge of seasonality, trends, brands and specifics of all markets.

• Optimization of navigation, filtering and category view.

• Managing students' work and supervising their work.

• Development of tools and sales channels.

• Cooperation between departments in limango group that supports sales.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the platform industry and a good knowledge of the market in the outdoor & sport category, sales management.

• Fluency in English (oral and written).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and good knowledge of MS Office environment.

Personal requirements for the candidate:

• Highly developed communication skills, analytical mind, goal-oriented, willingness to learn and well organized.

• Takes data into account when making every decision.

• Takes an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to the topics he deals with.

• Able to work under time pressure to succeed in a fast-paced environment
