Working Student German/Polish- part time (20 h/week)

Your role and main tasks

• You will be responsible for translating and establishing creative wordings for an inspiring customer communication and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a creative and consistant customer communication over several projects.
• You support to develop projects further based on the country specific differences.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement customer communication strategies targeting our diverse customer base through various channels (website, app, newsletter, push notifications, in-app messages, in-shop promotions).
• You will create briefings and coordinate tasks between the CRM and graphic departments.

You will need

• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the international team and between departments.In addition you need to be fluent in German&Polish
• Availability for at least 6 months, ideally working 15-20 hours per week.
• You are creative, detail oriented and have an intuition about appealing customer communication.
• You work independently, reliably and are a team player.
• You already have first experiences in E-Commerce or Marketing area.
