Fund Accounting Specialist (Xentis Expert)

We are looking for a highly skilled Fund Accounting Expert to join our strategic operations team. This is a project-based role where your deep functional knowledge of the Xentis platform will be the key to success. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of fund valuations and driving process improvements within a modern, digital investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead and oversee day-to-day fund accounting operations using the Xentis platform, ensuring high-quality NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation.

• Project Delivery: Participate in and drive system-related projects, including platform migrations, new product roll-outs, and workflow optimizations.

• Data Validation: Perform complex reconciliations and root-cause analysis of accounting discrepancies within the Xentis environment.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current fund accounting cycles and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and external auditors regarding platform-specific accounting logic.

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with the Xentis platform (mandatory).

• Fund Accounting Background: Solid professional experience in Fund Accounting Operations, preferably in an international investment banking or asset management environment.

• Project Experience: Proven track record of participating in financial transformation projects or system implementations.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and understand the "bebechy" (internal logic) of fund structures.

• Communication: Fluent English (C1) is required for daily collaboration with global teams and documentation.
