Fund Operations Analyst
Requirements
Experience working with investment funds or in fund-related operational roles.
Very good Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience in data analysis, financial data handling, and data collection.
Understanding of the investment fund lifecycle and key corporate action events.
Ability to analyze and interpret fund documentation.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
Background in fund administration, reference data, or financial data environments.
Experience working with financial data vendors.
This role supports new and ongoing projects within investment fund operations.
It focuses on fund data, documentation and lifecycle-related changes, rather than daily transaction processing.
The position covers work across the fund lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality of fund-related information used by internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Supporting corporate action events related to investment funds (e.g. mergers, liquidations, name or ISIN changes, share class launches or closures).
Working with and interpreting official fund documentation, including prospectuses, KID/KIID, factsheets, and corporate action notices.
Maintaining and validating fund reference and static data across systems.
Ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and process quality.
Cooperating with internal teams and external parties such as asset managers, fund administrators, and data vendors.
Using Excel and workflow/ticketing tools (e.g. Jira) to manage daily tasks and deadlines.
