About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Middle Office Analyst who will join a project for our client operating in the global financial services sector. The role focuses on operational support for investment funds activity on capital markets, ensuring smooth settlement processes, transaction monitoring, and effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

The position is hybrid - 3 days a week from the Client's office in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Perform Middle Office processes supporting investment funds’ activities on capital markets, including trade monitoring, reporting, and settlement support

• Send and monitor settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks while investigating and resolving discrepancies across multiple platforms

• Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high quality of service and timely resolution of client inquiries

• Lead or support process improvements, projects, and implementations focused on operational efficiency, standardization, and risk management

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audit requirements, and local/global regulatory standards

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably within capital markets or Middle Office operations

• Good understanding of cash and securities settlement processes and operational risk management principles

• Fluent English and strong communication skills enabling effective cooperation with international stakeholders

• Proven ability to work independently, analyze complex issues, and drive process improvements with attention to detail

• Experience in project participation; knowledge of SWIFT and higher education in finance/banking will be an advantage
