Interim Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in controlling, financial analysis, and management reporting activities

• Utilize SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) for reporting, data validation, and financial analysis

• Establish and enhance a controlling and reporting framework, including cost structures, management reporting packs, and margin analysis

• Improve SAP-based reporting capabilities and increase the usability and transparency of financial data

• Review existing finance processes and team structures, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements

• Support the monitoring and analysis of key manufacturing KPIs, including costs, variances, productivity, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to improve reporting quality and decision-making processes

• Travel to the manufacturing site as required (frequency and scope to be defined)

Requirements

• Strong experience in controlling, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA, particularly FI/CO modules and reporting functionalities

• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing controlling and reporting frameworks

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations

• Practical, hands-on approach combined with a continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to operate effectively in both operational support and advisory capacities

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and driving process improvements
